Returns & Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our software products, Spitfire Audio offers a 14-day return policy for unopened physical goods and unredeemed digital libraries. Once a serial number has been registered or a product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Contact our support team via the help center within 14 days of purchase to initiate your return request for unredeemed software.
- 2.Verification Process
Our technical team will verify that the product serial key has not been activated or the sample library has not been downloaded from our servers.
- 3.Deactivation and Removal
Upon approval, any temporary licenses will be revoked and you must ensure all local installation files are deleted from your hardware.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the deactivation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
